AML Policy
Last updated: October 2026
USDT-Mixer is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion and other illegal financial activity.
1. Policy Statement
USDT-Mixer is a route aggregation and quote comparison platform; it does not hold User funds. Swaps are executed by independent decentralized Protocols and risk controls are applied at the Protocol level. This policy applies to all features of the Service.
2. Protocol-Level Screening
Some Protocols or their liquidity providers may apply automated risk screening. If a transaction is flagged as high-risk, a Protocol may:
- Suspend the transaction;
- Refuse to execute the swap and return funds to the refund address.
3. Privacy Mode and Compliance
Privacy mode exists to protect users from unnecessary data collection, not to help anyone evade the law. Using the Service to obscure proceeds of crime, evade sanctions or evade tax obligations is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Service is not offered to Users located in or resident of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, OFAC, the European Union or the United Kingdom — including, without limitation: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea and the occupied regions of Ukraine. Transactions associated with sanctioned persons or entities may be refused at the Protocol level.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service for funds derived from criminal activity, sanctioned addresses, darknet markets or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Any attempt at money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or fraud will result in immediate termination of access and potential reporting to the relevant authorities.
