Common situations

• Status stays at "Awaiting deposit" after sending: verify the network and amount match the order; confirmations can take several minutes to tens of minutes.
• Swap failed: funds are returned to the refund address, usually within minutes after the protocol finalizes the failure.
• Wrong receiving address: blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover funds.
