Please read these Terms carefully before using USDT-Mixer. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Definitions

"USDT-Mixer" (also "we", "us" or "our") means the information aggregation platform operated at usdt-mixer.me and associated domains, including the .onion mirror.

"User" (also "you") means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Service for any purpose.

"Protocol" means any independent third-party decentralized swap protocol whose quotes are displayed on USDT-Mixer (multiple decentralized liquidity channels). Protocols are entirely independent of USDT-Mixer. USDT-Mixer does not control, operate or act as agent for any Protocol.

"Swap" means a cryptocurrency conversion transaction initiated by a User directly with a Protocol. USDT-Mixer is not a party to any Swap.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction (Section 5);
• Your use of the Service is not prohibited under any applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• You are using the Service at your own risk.

3. Nature of the Service

3.1 USDT-Mixer is a route aggregation and quote comparison platform. The Service retrieves and displays swap quotes from independent third-party Protocols, allows Users to compare them, and provides an interface through which Users initiate transactions executed by those Protocols.

3.2 USDT-Mixer is NOT an exchange, broker, dealer, financial institution or financial intermediary of any kind. USDT-Mixer does not execute Swaps; does not hold, store, receive, transmit or control User funds at any time; is not a party to any Swap; and does not pre-fund, settle or guarantee any transaction.

3.3 Privacy mode: the Service requires no account or identity information. Each Protocol is subject to its own rules and may refuse to execute a Swap or refund according to those rules. Privacy mode is offered as a privacy-preserving option only and must not be used to circumvent applicable laws, including AML, sanctions and tax obligations.

4. Limitation of Liability

USDT-Mixer IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, ERRORS, NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT OF ANY PROTOCOL. USDT-Mixer shall have no liability for any failure by a Protocol to execute a Swap, or any delays, errors or losses arising from a Protocol processing a Swap.

USDT-Mixer IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS RESULTING FROM USER ERROR, including sending funds to an incorrect address, selecting the wrong network, entering an incorrect amount, or sending funds to a deposit address after the order has expired. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

Quotes are estimates provided by Protocols at the time of the request. The final amount received may differ due to market movement, slippage and network fee changes.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service is not offered to, and you must not access it from, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union or the United Kingdom. Restricted Jurisdictions include, without limitation: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea and the occupied regions of Ukraine.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, evade sanctions, or circumvent any restriction set out in these Terms. USDT-Mixer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these Terms and to cooperate with law-enforcement requests as required by applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
