Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
USDT-Mixer is designed around privacy. This policy explains what we do not collect, what we may log, and for how long.
1. Scope
USDT-Mixer offers anonymous privacy-mode swaps only: no account, no email, no registration. We process only the minimum technical data needed to operate the Service. This policy applies to usdt-mixer.me and its .onion mirror.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
- Personally identifiable information such as name, physical address or government ID
- Email addresses or phone numbers (unless you email support yourself)
- Account or verification data
- Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; the site uses no cookies at all
3. Technical Data We May Log
- Network identifiers: access logging is disabled by default in production; to mitigate abuse, edge nodes may briefly retain anonymized request metadata.
- Order metadata: order ID, pair, amounts, receiving address, refund address, transaction hashes, status and timestamps. Used to display order status and for support and disputes. Not linked to real-world identity.
- Functional preferences: language is expressed in the URL path and never stored in cookies or local storage.
4. Third-Party Recipients
- Protocols: when you initiate a Swap we forward the data needed to execute it (receiving address, refund address, amounts) to the selected Protocol. Protocols have their own privacy rules.
- Email: if you contact support, our email provider processes your email address and message content.
- The site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, images or analytics.
5. Retention
- Order metadata: up to 30 days for support and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.
- Technical logs (if enabled): up to 30 days.
- Support emails: up to 12 months after resolution.
6. Your Rights
To the extent you have rights under applicable law (access, correction, deletion or export), contact [email protected]. Because anonymous flows leave us with very little data attributable to you, the scope of such requests may be limited.
7. Contact
For any privacy-related concerns, contact [email protected].
